About the Bach Flower Remedies Workshop:
The Bach Original Flower Remedies system was designed to assist you in understanding and balancing your emotions. The remedies were developed more than 80 years ago by Dr. Edward Bach, a noted physician and homeopath, who believed that the key to overall health was to care for the mind as well as the body. The remedies are created from flower and plant tinctures added to grape brandy.
There are 38 remedies in total, one for each emotional state identified by Dr. Bach. They are grouped into 7 categories that represent a specific concern: Face Your Fears, Reach Out To Others, Stand Your Ground, Live The Day, Know Your Mind, Live & Let Live and Find Joy & Hope.
You will learn:
• A simple, effective and gentle system to support your emotional health
• How and when to use the remedies in everyday life
• How to achieve emotional balance by reducing stress and improving your
overall health and well-being
• How to create a customized flower essence combination
