Jenna Castor is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Usui Reiki Practitioner. She's offering Myofascial Release (MFR) and Usui Reiki Energy Healing. All services will be performed fully clothed. MFR uses broad strokes, sustained holds, and releases to target fascia (connective tissue) that has contracted and become rigid or adhesive, due to physical and emotional trauma, disease, or dysfunctional habitual patterns. Releasing restricted fascia can result in relief from pain, easeful movement, and improved range of motion. Usui Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that can unblock the flow of universal life-force energy within. Reiki promotes feelings of relaxation and peace by clearing stagnant energy and helping to bring the body back into balance on all levels so it can heal.
