Manifestation Work Group

By embodying the most authentic version of ourselves, we have a magnetic affect towards all we desire. This work group will be comprised of individuals seeking to manifest both external goals and internal peace. Each session will include discussions and activities to facilitate discovering, creating, and loving each of our own unique vibrations, with community and support.

Discussion topics will include:

  • Manifestation 101 - practical use of the law of attraction, and the role that thoughts, emotions and the subconscious play in our manifestations

  • Integrating shadow - learning techniques for spiritual healing in order to bring us closer to our most authentic state

  • Finding clarity - discovering your soul purpose by learning how to differentiate between ego and authentic desires

Anne Marie Olbrot is a mom and a yoga teacher in Ann Arbor with a passion for spiritual development. She grew up in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Grand Valley.

In her early 30s, Anne Marie began passionately researching spiritual concepts. Studying a wide range of perspectives, from ancient texts to modern channels, Anne Marie specializes in taking complex spiritual concepts and grounding them in "the real world" so that we may utilize these concepts rather than philosophize them. She enjoys nature, yoga, delicious food, and spending time with her husband and children.
