About Meditation with Ekanti

Go on a meditative journey with Ekanti as he guides you on an inner quest to self-enlightenment, where you will learn to connect with your higher power through the science of sound, mantra, and mudra (hand pose).

NO PRIOR MEDITATION EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! This is for beginners who want to try meditation AS WELL AS EXPERIENCED MEDITATORS who enjoy the higher vibration of group meditation.

IT'S MUCH EASIER to raise your vibration when practicing meditation in a group, because everyone's energetic state combines to raise the group vibration. Also, many people feel that the great energy at the Enlightened Soul Center helps them to get into the calm alpha brain wave state! Plus, there are many health benefits to meditation. Raising your vibration helps in accessing your intuition and spirit communication as well.

This program is offered at a suggested love donation of $5–$10. Donations can be given at the event by cash or card.

About Ekanti Govinda Dasa

ekanti headshot.png

Ekanti has been on the road to self-realization since he was a young boy. Born into a Christian family, he has always been curious about life’s big questions. With a mindset geared towards knowing himself and his place in this world, he allowed his inquisitive mind to lead him on a path that would eventually guide him inward to discover the secret person of the heart.

Since 2014, Ekanti has been marching to the beat of a new drum: Following his heart to new vibrations, spiritual realizations inspired him to serve those around him in a unique and touching way, through the practice of Bhakti yoga.

Fast-forward to 2021: Ekanti started a new chapter in his life where he can serve the community at large in an impactful way. With the launch of his community project Vibe UPP, he’s on a mission to connect with those who also resonate on this heart-driven frequency, along with those who ultimately have the desire to work towards becoming the high vibing spirit soul that they truly are.

Ekanti's organization hosts occasional "Ecstatic Dance" Parties and offers programs that include unique meditations, sound baths, breath work, yoga, ecstatic dance, ayurveda, natural herbs, conscious cooking courses, and much, much more. (There will be an Ecstatic Dance Party at the Enlightened Soul Center on Friday, February 18, 5:00-8:00 pm.)
