About the Restorative Breathwork Workshop:

Join us in an immersive and transformative breathwork experience designed to help you regulate stress, release stagnant energy, and tap into the incredible power of your own breath. In the hustle and bustle of modern life, it’s easy to forget the simple yet profound act of breathing. Our event will guide you on a journey of self-discovery and healing through conscious breathwork techniques.

What to bring:
● A yoga mat
● Your journal
● An eye mask

A few things to note before you breathe:
1. Be sure to create a safe and sacred space for yourself
2. Perhaps bring some things that bring you comfort (a blanket, pillow, comfy socks)
3. Be free from distractions
4. Turn your phone off or put it away, this is your time for relaxation and restoration
5. Limit water intake 1 hour before breathing
6. Be sure not to eat a heavy meal 2 hours before breathing (it might make breathing uncomfortable)
