About the Sensitive Soul Course:

You may not realize that you are a Highly Sensitive person or an Empath...or why it is important to know this about yourself.

You will go on a journey of self-discovery together with Selene (pronounced Sell-en-nay), a fellow Sensitive, and she will share with you all the wisdom and techniques (such as the Emotional Freedom Technique) that she learned in her own journey of coming to fully accept, understand, care for and, ultimately, love her Sensitive self. This work helped Selene finally be able to read and understand clearly the messages her Sensitive nervous system was giving her about others and about her environment, so that she could make the best decisions to help her in life! And she wants to help you do the same...
