In Soul Shift Energy Circle, the group discusses topics that allow for growth and expansion, so you can step into your true power and potential. This is no “fake it until you make it” group; these are topics that go to the core of who we are, allowing you to tap into your soul so you can systematically return home to your true self. Not “finding yourself,” you are not lost; Returning Home to Yourself – an unlearning of all that no longer serves you, shedding what weighs you, and igniting what feeds your soul. Trying to make your dreams a reality without tapping into the voice of your soul is like trying to drive a car without gas, you will not get anywhere. HOWEVER, if you learn to invoke the power of your soul, EVERYTHING is possible.

In this group, we hold a space for each other through connections and conversations, creating a path for taking the experiences of our inner work out into the world in meaningful ways. All experiences will be honored as they are FELT.

Each Circle will start with an opening meditation, and then will focus on the topic for that Circle. There will be exercises and open discussion, then instruction and material for further workings related to the topic. A couple of the Circles will also include a Burning Bowl ceremony, releasing the things that no longer serve us, tapping into Fall Equinox and Winter Solstice energies.

Each circle will close with an Energy Circle; Jaclyn will send Reiki energy to everyone hand in hand as a Native Prayer Song plays, to clear and align us before leaving. It is a beautiful way to honor the space we have shared together and close out a circle.

Though all circles in the Soul Shift series are touching on powerful topics and work together in culmination, you do not have to join every circle. You can drop into any of the circles. It is up to you, what you need and what you are drawn to!
