Host Sally Chêne says: Welcome to my magical yoga party, we begin the evening at 6:30pm with light botanical beverages & snacks & moody 90s music (think Portishead / Massive Attack). Spiritual & esoteric conversation welcome. Please try to leave all ego at the door. This is a safe space to learn & hang amongst spiritual peers.

We will begin the yoga/sigil part of the evening at 7:10pm. Where I will instruct you how to create a simple sigil (magical symbol) out of a manifestation statement you want to absorb into your subconscious & release into the universe. Your subconscious speaks in symbols, let’s speak back!

The yoga will be accompanied by the sounds of Bulgarian monks chanting in brilliant cathedral. The vibrations from this music are other-worldly! The yoga will be beginner, and focus on stretching & movement rather than strength. We will be working with the elemental Archangel Gabriel. Feminine energy will be an undertone in the class, all willing to embrace are welcome! (You are always welcome to chose child’s pose at any or all of the session.) Bring your own yoga mat or borrow one of ours!

Sigil creating & yoga will be about 40 minutes.  We will round out the last part of the evening with light botanical beverages, snacks & conversation ✨ Where I will be happy to answer any questions you might have for me. I will also have my oracle deck and will be able to let whomever pull a card if they choose!
