The Enlightened Soul Center & Shop's goal is to provide great holistic programming for the community. This includes renting spaces to practitioners and groups to practice the holistic & intuitive arts.
The Center is located in an office complex comprised of four buildings; our building is #3280, in the back, next to the US-23 expressway (but our office faces away from the freeway and is very quiet). The Center has 1,365 square feet spread among four rooms. We have compared our rates and room sizes to others in the area and we know you'll find us very reasonable, with many benefits!

Coronavirus Policy

The Enlightened Soul Center & Shop is open by appointment. Based on the State of Michigan guidelines and scientific best practices: Unless you can show you are fully vaccinated, you must wear a mask at all times when around others. THANK YOU. 

If you are a healing practitioner, and may be working in close proximity to your client, we expect you to ask your client if they prefer that you wear a mask, even if you are fully vaccinated. And of course, practitioners will only touch the client during the service if agreed upon. In addition, please clean and sanitize the bodywork table between each client.

This is a PERFECT retreat location because there are two small breakout rooms, one large main room, and a kitchen equipped with table and 6 chairs, sink & counter, microwave, electric tea pot, and small refrigerator.

Tired of working from home? We have central A/C, several printers, free WIFI, a kitchen with a sink, microwave, electric teapot, coffee maker, small refrigerator, several private rooms, and lots of tables & chairs. Weekends (daytime Sa-Su or evenings F after 5 pm-Su): $22/hour

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your space.
Cancellation up to 2 weeks before a weekday event or 1 month prior for weekend events (Friday night–Sunday) absolves you from owing the rest. Please reserve at least 48 hours in advance.

TWO SMALL ROOMS (interchangeable):
Reading Room (Calendar code RR) and Healing Room (Calendar code HR), each with chairs, a bodywork table, and bolster pillow available. The Reading Room is most suited to counseling/readings because the bodywork table is folded unless needed. The Healing Room is more suited to bodywork because the table is usually up. 
For the Healing Room and Reading Room, please reserve at least 48 hours in advance; 1 week cancellation in writing allows you a refund. 15 minutes extra set-up & clean-up time may be charged for massage sessions and other sessions requiring set-up/clean-up.

Capacity: Individual 1:1 sessions or small groups (2–4 people physically distanced)



Chairs for readings/coaching/counseling, etc.

Reiki/massage table available in each room

Table for card reading available or optional in each room

To check rental availability or reserve space:

  1. Consult our Calendar. (If you are interested in a date that's already taken, please let us know — often, a repeating event can be moved or cancelled.) Multiple concurrent activities can usually take place during the same time in different rooms; if you are unsure whether a date is taken, please contact usRooms are coded by their initials: ER = Event Room, HR = Healing Room, RR = Reading Room, CR = Classroom/Kitchen, CTR = Entire Center (i.e., no other rental allowed when the entire center is taken).

  4. Fill out our Inquiry Form (We will hold your requested date for a few days as "tentative," until you pay the non-refundable deposit. After the deposit is paid, the date is confirmed.) Please apply at least 48 hours in advance. For events using the Classroom, Event Room, or Entire Center on weekends (Friday night–Sunday), the cancellation policy is 1 month in advance; for other rooms and weekdays, 2 weeks cancellation notice is required. For massage rentals, please bring your own linens and add 15 minutes to your rental for room set-up and clean-up. Thank you!
  5. Upon receipt of your Inquiry Form, we will contact you to confirm/ask questions within 48 hours.
  6. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL within 48 hours, or you need to get confirmation quickly, please text or call Julia Levin at: (734) 355-4994. DO NOT ASSUME THE RENTAL IS OK until you have a confirmation from us, thank you!
  7. Pay 50% non-refundable deposit for the Classroom, Event Room, or Entire Center. (We will email you a PayPal invoice to pay with credit, debit, or PayPal, unless other payment arrangements have been made.) The other 50% is due by the day of your event.   9. If your event is public and you wish us to promote it to our like-minded audience, please send an event description, bio and photo of presenter, and logo or graphic image for the event to: (We will use these for our website and social media.) If this is a private event, no photo/bio nor description/image will be needed.

If you are sending confirmation email to registrants, or posting the event on your website or Facebook, we suggest using the following language to make sure people find the building (because some GPS programs will get you to the driveway, but the building is not visible from the road):
