SUMMARY of PERKS:

• Monthly renters can register for a table in our twice-monthly Enlightened Soul Psychic Fairs at no charge ($50 per Saturday / $75 Sat. & Sun. = $100 / $125 in savings). NOTE: Room sharers are entitled to use their room for only ONE of the two fairs (room partners can negotiate other arrangements if need be). Room share readers can sign up to work in the Event Room when it's not their turn to have the room.

• NEW: FREE listings on our new Resources web page, to come! No limit.

• Monthly renters receive a 10% discount in the ESC store.

• Monthly renters have first priority for scheduling drop-in hours (no additional fee required).

• Monthly renters may schedule clients any time, either during open hours or after hours.

• Monthly renters have a bio and photo on the ESC website and are promoted regularly on our social media and email newsletter.

• Monthly renters are expected to generate their own business thru advertising, having their own web/social media presence, and other means, along with benefitting from ESC promotion, fairs, and walk-in clients.

• Monthly renters can decorate and furnish their own rooms; paint and other alterations must have prior written approval by ESC.

ESC ADVANTAGES INCLUDE:

• Regular open hours (Wednesday-Friday, 12:00-7:00 pm and Saturday, 12:00–6:00 pm except holidays). You may also use the Center during non-open hours.
