About the Spirit Share Drop-in Group
Spirit Share is an inclusive group for anyone who wishes to connect with Spirit and community. The purpose of the group is to support each other as we individually journey through our own spiritual path. This group is a sacred safe place to verbalize anything you need to communicate to Spirit. What is said in the group, stays in the group, as it is sacred. It is up to each individual to let the group know if you would like Spirit-guided feedback.
We will begin each group by clearing our energy and grounding in the space. Each group member will have an opportunity to hold the sacred basket and communicate to Spirit any challenges or opportunities for growth. One may also enjoy expressing gratitude for our many blessings.
About Penny Patterson
Penny was born and raised in southeast Michigan, now working as a hospice nurse in Ann Arbor. She finds connecting with Spirit and community is the highest form of self-care. Penny is honored to connect with others and listen to unique perspectives. She knows that Spirit works through us, to us, and that the only way to grow along spiritual lines is to connect with others. Penny says, "I honor all of you!"
