A Family Constellation Healing Circle can help you resolve and make peace with past and present relationships, so you can release unseen blocks and move on with your life. It was created by the Psychotherapist Bert Hellinger in the 1960s, after his time with the Zulu Tribe in Africa, where he observed that, by resolving family and generational unbalances, the individual was able to thrive and move on with their life. 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IN A HEALING CIRCLE?

 

In a Family Constellation Healing Circle, we have 2 Seekers and up to 18 Participants, and each Seeker has a Constellation that lasts anywhere from 45-60 minutes.  In a Constellation, the Seeker presents an issue or obstacle they would like to heal and transform.   

After hearing a brief description of the Seeker’s issue, he/she begins to choose some representatives from amongst the attendees in the room. These chosen Participants are representatives, or stand-ins, for key people in the Seeker’s family system.

 

Patricia, the Family Constellations Facilitator, works with the selected representatives in each situation.  She masterfully and creatively helps shift the energy in each Constellation, which then reverberates back to the Seeker’s original family, bringing clarity and solution to the theme that was brought in.

 

I believe that everyone that feels the calling to join each Healing Circle has a similar obstacle or issue in their lives and receives the clarity and the healing they are looking for, according to their own inner wisdom, by being the Seeker or the Participant.

Because at the deepest level, family issues and struggles are largely universal — so, someone else’s Constellation can be profoundly healing for you!
