Join Suzy Adra for Shamanic Breathwork with live drumming that will leave you feeling light and rejuvenated.
This style of breathing is an inner journey that helps shed layers of held emotions and traumas. Breathing in this way is restorative, and may even help you access alternate states of consciousness.
Wear comfy layers, and bring a blanket or anything that will support you as you lay down and breathe. Yoga mats, blankets, and limited number of pillows available at the Center also.

Suzy Adra is an Emotional Release Specialist & Shadow Worker. A silent activist assisting with each person's self- transformation. Helping release emotional blocks using creative & psycho-somatic process. She is a self-published polymath and intuitive guide working with energy, vibration, and breath.
