If you're fascinated by dreams, dreamwork, and the possibilities that come with exploring the world of dreaming, this group is for you. Dreams are fascinating when you pull back the many layers. We are extremely prolific dreamers, pouring unconscious material into our sleeping (and waking) lives. With a bit of training, these messages will become more observable and, with lots of practice, more understandable and useful. 

This class is based on Jungian dream theory. Jung believed that our dreams hold clues to our life development and help us maintain balance between the conscious and unconscious, ultimately guiding us to a path of authenticity and wholeness.

Join us on four consecutive Monday evenings (7-8:30pm) in March exploring dreams. It is important that you are at the first session, where we will lay the foundation of dreamwork. This is an open group; all levels of experience, including beginners, are welcome. This course is interactive, but we use a safe, respectful method of projective dreamwork that honors the dreamer’s privacy and still opens the dream for shared exploration; therefore, we will set a maximum of eight dreamers per session.
