Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese healing modality that is very powerful. Constance Hart says it is the most valuable thing she has learned in her Naturopathic training, because you can unlock blocks on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels  — many layers and very powerful. There will be some hands-on training/practice on massage tables, and a workbook will be provided. This introductory workshop is for anyone who might be interested in expanding their healing toolkit, or just want to learn a way to heal themselves. 

What you will learn:

- 26 energy locks in your body

- How they affect you on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels

- How to clear the blocks to allow the flow to bring balance and healing

- Some sequence flows that can bring healing to whole body systems

- Tricks to help with things like relief from hot flashes, or warm you up if you are really cold, and provide relief during emergency events
