Nature Spirits Class - Outdoors
LOCATION: At the home & backyard of Amy "Metafizzy" Garber in Ann Arbor (near the Enlightened Soul Center), with one class at nearby County Farm Park.
For all levels of ability! IN PERSON ONLY.
Those who are FULLY vaccinated can go without a mask. Virus safety measures followed.

Rain or shine, sun or clouds, we can be both indoors & outdoors for this class. Two cats live at the house. Please come prepared with sunscreen, bug spray, sunhat etc. as needed due to variable weather conditions. Backyard has many shady areas. Lawn chairs provided.

About the NATURE SPIRITS Class:
For eons, man has lived alongside Nature with an awareness of the various spirits that animate Nature and nourish it to grow. References to this belief can be found in ancient cultures and religions all over the globe. However, over time, this belief, knowledge, and recognition has been lost or relegated to the realm of fantasy or fancy. The Shamanic belief in the spirit of all matter compels us to revisit this idea and explore the sanctity behind all living things, particularly the plant world.
This class is a mixture of lecture, discussion, sharing, and hands-on exploration. Lessons may change dependent upon how the class unfolds and with student input.
This is not a certification class and there is no homework nor makeup opportunities. Students must be present to learn and practice the lessons.
Bring a notebook/paper pad and pen, beverage of choice, jacket/sweater/sweatshirt, sunscreen, bug spray, sunhat etc. as needed due to variable weather conditions.

ABOUT AMY "Metafizzy" GARBER
Amy is clairvoyant, clairaudient, a medical intuitive, and conscious channel for her Master Guide, Philonius. She became an active student of metaphysics in 1993, studying with Spiritualist ministers Rev. Shala Kilmer, Revs. Edward and Annette Jones, and Rev. Ken Nowaciewski, among others, and influenced by many traditions since.
Amy was a founding member of the Center of Light Spirituality Center (formerly in Oxford, MI) and later served on the Board of Trustees of the Interfaith Center for Spiritual Growth in Ann Arbor. She is the co-founder of the Meetup group Intuitives Interactive, the founder and co-director of the Enlightened Soul Expo, and co-founder and director of the Enlightened Soul Center in Ann Arbor.
In 2015, Amy began teaching Intuition Development classes privately, as well as for the Adult Continuing Education Program in the Rec & Ed Department of Ann Arbor Public Schools. She has written articles about intuition for the Crazy Wisdom Journal and Body Mind Spirit Guide.
Featured on a 2013 Ann Arbor episode of HGTV's "Househunters," Amy perfectly described the house that would be purchased. She has had a private reading practice since 2000 (Metafizzy LLC), and has served as a reader at the Crazy Wisdom Bookstore & Tea Room in Ann Arbor, as well as at numerous fairs and festivals around Michigan. Amy has also been an invited speaker at the Center of Enlightenment in Royal Oak, MI and at Corinthians Spiritual Center in Jackson, MI.
Amy was ordained by Rev. Daniel Chesbro of the Sanctuary of the Beloved into the Priesthood of the Order of Melchizedek. She is a Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Holy Fire Reiki practitioner as well as a practitioner of Rahanni Celestial Healing (Pink Ray 5th-Dimensional Energy Healing). Her natural skills in medical intuition were refined in classes with Tina Zion.
Along with readings, Amy offers Past-Life Healing Regressions, after training with Constance Joy Hart (who was taught by author Denise Linn). She is a graduate of the Shamanic Healing Program taught by Marjorie Farnsworth, Ph.D., of Spirit Assist LLC and has taken additional shamanic training from Spirit Weavers of Lansing, MI. In 2020, Amy was the recipient of a Rising Phoenix Award from the Intentional Living Collective, for those who help others in the community as a result of a personal transformation.
