About Nourishing the Body, Mind, & Spirit:
In this immersive introductory Herbology class, we will explore the foundations of working with plants as allies for balance and healing. You’ll receive take-home notes and resources to support and deepen your own Herbology and muscle response journey beyond the classroom.
We’ll begin by learning the core classifications of herbs and an overview of Chinese herbal principles, then move into the emotional and mental connection to our organs and how these relationships influence overall health. You’ll gain insight into specific herbs that support organ balance on both physical and energetic levels.
The class will also introduce muscle response testing as a way to access the body’s innate wisdom. Through live demonstrations, you’ll learn how to apply muscle testing for yourself and integrate it into daily life as a tool for intuitive and informed decision-making.
We’ll close with a deeply relaxing sound healing to help integrate the knowledge, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and inspired to continue your relationship with plant medicine.
About Cora Thomason, Holistic Wellness Practitioner

Cora Thomason is a deeply intuitive and heart-centered holistic wellness practitioner who blends ancient healing traditions with modern energetic insight. As a skilled medical intuitive, Cora helps clients uncover the root causes of physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances, offering clear, compassionate guidance for transformation and healing.
Her work draws on a powerful integration of modalities, including energy clearing, chakra alignment, Usui Reiki, and quantum field healing. By accessing the Quantum Field—the subtle, interconnected realm that transcends time and space—Cora is able to intuitively read and shift energetic patterns held in the body and energy system. This field also serves as a direct gateway to higher guidance, allowing her to offer deeply attuned life guidance that supports clarity, decision-making, and soul alignment.
Cora helps clients release blocks, harmonize their nervous systems, and reconnect with their higher selves by working within this expansive field of intelligence. Whether addressing inherited patterns, emotional trauma, or spiritual stagnation, her sessions are tailored to restore balance and empower lasting growth.
As part of her medical intuitive work, Cora also uses synergistic muscle testing to assess energetic imbalances and pinpoint underlying stressors. This non-invasive technique adds a layer of precision and insight to the healing process.
In addition, Cora offers ancient sound healing using crystal singing bowls, attuned vocal frequencies, and the calming tones of the Native flute. These healing sounds gently guide the body into a state of deep rest, release, and energetic integration.
Cora’s grounded yet expansive presence creates a sacred and supportive space for clients to remember their wholeness, activate their inner wisdom, and move forward with clarity and empowerment.
