This service will help to realign your energy flow as you hold yoga poses, bringing peace back into your life and stretching your body.

Meet the Practitioners
Hello, my name is John Steinbauer of 22 Lunar; creator of Energy in Motion. I'm a master Sound Healer and a musical performer of 30 plus years. While traveling out west to LA, Anaheim, and Sedona, the combination of yoga and sound healing was referred to as a "Sound Bath." When I go out there to perform with yoga instructors and what transpires is truly remarkable in ways that have to be experienced. When I add reiki to the session transformation occurs on a cellular level, healing the heart, mind, body, and soul.
Greetings my name is Kip Cronk. I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. In 2017 I completed my teacher training at UM Yoga in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I have been teaching yoga since January 2018 and have taught over 80 classes. I am a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance. I believe the Restorative Sound Bath can take restorative yoga to a whole new healing level and am excited to be partnering with John on this adventure.
