Some additional information on the Workshop:

• Women ONLY

• ONLY 16 SEATS AVAILABLE – Advance ticket sales only ($75)

• Prior to the Workshop, please take the time to write down the things you wish you release that no longer serve you and your higher self. Traumas, Trials and the Self-Limiting Beliefs attached to them. Bring what you wrote down to the Workshop.

• Once you have purchased your ticket, you reserve your seat and will be added to the Private Facebook Group, please join and participate in introductions and activities.

• Please wear comfortable clothing, that allows free movement

• Water, tea, and light snacks will be available, but if you need anything else, please be sure to bring it

• This is a SAFE and SACRED place – This will be a raw and authentic experience, but in order for that to work, everyone must be willing to open themselves up. In this group, we hold a space for each other through connections and conversations, creating a path for taking the experiences of our inner work out into the world in meaningful ways. All experiences will be honored as they are FELT.
