Reiki I & II Certification
**This two-day intensive class includes:

Information on the history and meaning of Reiki, and the Reiki Ideals

Instruction on how to perform Gassho meditation and Byosen scanning

Reiki Hand positions for giving Reiki to self and others

Information about chakras & auras: what they are and how Reiki affects them

Reiji-Ho: using your inner guidance to know how and where to treat

Kenyoku: Dry bathing, a method to purify your energy field

Distance Reiki: what it is and how to use it

Reiki I & II symbols: their meanings and how to use them

Attunements for Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Level I and II are given

Ample practice time is given so students will know from experience how the energy works

Steps to giving a complete Reiki session

You will receive the 178-page Reiki I/II class manual, “Reiki, The Healing Touch” by William Lee Rand

You will receive a Usui/Holy Fire® II Reiki Ryoho Certificate-Level I & II

You will be qualified to practice Reiki for friends, family, and clients upon completion of this class
About Tina Bowman, RMT
In 2009, Tina experienced her first Reiki session as a client and it had a very powerful effect on her. She had a very emotional reaction that stayed with her for days, and inspired her to learn more. Tina began to take classes, read books, and learn how to practice Reiki on herself.
Practicing self-Reiki helped Tina tremendously through her treatment for breast cancer in 2013. Her treatment time was shorter and the recovery time from surgery was much faster than the doctors predicted. Tina truly believes that Reiki helped her to get through the treatment and move on with her life. While it is not a curative treatment, it served as a complementary therapy to the traditional treatments of chemotherapy and surgery that her doctors prescribed.
In 2018, Tina continued on her quest to learn more about holistic and alternative health treatments and became a certified Holy Fire Reiki Master, Level 1 Healing Touch practitioner, and Integrative Spiritual Coach. Then in 2021 she received her certification in Reflexology. Tina is also a certified Self Acceptance Process teacher, and a trained mental health group facilitator and peer support specialist. She utilizes all of her skills in helping her clients to find inner peace and wellness. Tina sees each person as already whole and complete, just as they are. And she is truly grateful for the opportunity to serve and to share Reiki through teaching others.
