About "Finding Your Center"
Yoga Classes

Join Lisa for weekly yoga every Monday at 7pm EST via Zoom! We will come to our mats to create stability and presence from within. This class is designed for all levels of experience and is open to all bodies. Bring water, a yoga mat, a blanket/pillow, and wear your comfies! The intention of this class is to grow community connection AND increase connection to our inner guidance through movement and breath.

About Lisa Conine

Lisa Conine yoga image.png

Lisa Conine is a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, graduate of One Tribe Yoga's Sacred Journey Teacher Training, and is trained in Trauma Informed Yoga. She has worked towards environmental justice and drug policy reform and is a long-time medical cannabis patient and fierce advocate for the plant.


Lisa is passionate about the rise of the Divine Feminine and the Sacred Masculine to restore balance on our planet and believes all humans deserve to be liberated and fulfilled.

Lisa is also offering 1:1 personalized yoga designed to support you in creating your own daily practice. Your daily practice is a powerful ritual that sets the foundation in our life. It is your solid container in which everything else can flow more freely. It creates a commitment and dedication to self that builds a trustworthy relationship within. 

In your time one-on-one with Lisa, she will break down the components of a successful daily practice and you will be guided through the embodiment of yoga as a lifestyle. You will receive daily accountability and encouragement as you drop into this practice and so much more!
