About The Magic of Essential Oils Class
In this introductory class on the art and science of essential oils, we will explore what essential oils are, how they are made, and the many ways they can be incorporated into daily life. From supporting overall health and well-being, using them as natural beautifying products, to serving as a non-toxic alternative for household cleaning, essential oils offer a wide range of practical and holistic benefits. You will also learn how to use essential oils in simple recipes to add flavor and zest to your favorite dishes & taste one in class too.
Derived from the essence of plants, essential oils are powerful, versatile tools with a variety of applications. In this class, you will receive take-home notes, beginner-friendly recipes to practice on your own, and detailed descriptions of individual oils and blends, along with their uses and benefits.
About Bevin Slade
Bevin is a naturopathic medical student pursuing her ND with a lifelong passion for holistic health and integrated well-being. She is a dedicated yoga and Qigong instructor whose teaching emphasizes harmonizing the mind, body, and spirit. In the classroom, Bevin cultivates presence, embodied awareness, and creating a healthy flow of life-force energy.
An artist at heart, Bevin loves to sing, dance, and express the beauty of the soul through movement and sound. She thrives in community and enjoys contributing to projects that bring people together and uplift collective well-being.
