About the Bhakti Yoga Stress-Free Presentation
The speaker of this program is Yugal Kishore Das, a Michigan-based monk practicing the Bhakti Yoga process for more than 25 years. He is a motivational speaker, lifestyle mentor, coach, and monk, as well as the author of three books on Time Management, Stress Management, and Anger Management. Das counsels many leaders from the corporate world to help them overcome their stress. These sessions are based on the Bhagavad Gita — a guide to live an anxiety-free life!
