The event will utilize many different genres of music and various styles of instrumentation, tempos, and frequencies, to create a sonic wave of energy that will be both peaceful and transformational.

 

You will feel the music move through you in the form of vibration while enjoying the cool light show (if you keep your eyes open)! Each meditation experience is unique, as is each participant's reaction to the experience.

 

Depending on the group, there first may be a discourse and practice on intention setting, yoga postures, breathwork, connecting the group energy, frequency, or chakras, as well as information on the astrology energy for the month.

 

As you experience the meditation and music, you may experience a variety of emotions, thoughts, or sensations. Some may be very pleasant and others may represent a confronting of stagnant energy for release. Relax and participate as fully as you are willing.
