Reiki practitioners at ANY level are welcome to attend! We will guide you if you have forgotten how to do it. Starts with a quick Holy Fire Reiki meditation and then sharing Reiki with each other; people can take turns giving and receiving. Depending upon turnout, there may be several practitioners working together on one person or a 1:1 exchange. (Let Jenny, the facilitator, know if you prefer one over the other.) Come join Nikki for a gallery reading where she will explain how mediumship works for her, as well as how we all have had experiences with our loved ones in spirit. She will then bring through connections with departeds and messages for those in the audience (the gallery) in her warm, compassionate, down-to-earth style. Nikki may not be able to make a personal connection for everyone, but all are likely to be impacted by the laughter, tears, healing, and closure that this experience brings.

This class is very supportive and beneficial, assisting you in finding mobility and strength at any age or level. Paula is a YTT-200 yoga instructor specializing in Chair Yoga for everyone. She begins each class with a short meditation, offers a drop of essential oil and flows into gentle yoga bends, twists, and stretches using a chair and great music, to help relieve tension and stress.
