About "Embracing Your Empath"
Many Empaths feel they are controlled not only by their emotions, but by the external world and all its intensity. These classes turn that notion on its heel, helping us feel empowered & healthy in relationships and within ourselves.
Class 1. January 15, 7–9 PM
What is an Empath? Are you, or is someone you love, an Empath? What is the difference between an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) and an Empath? What are the different kinds of Empaths? What are the challenges and gifts of the Empath?
Class 2. January 22, 7–9 PM
How can an Empath tell the difference between their own emotions & energies, and the emotions & energies of others? Of the world? Of the Collective Consciousness? How can the Empath separate these emotions, sensations, and energies? How can we transmute negative energies and send them back to the originator with Love?
Class 3. January 29, 7–9 PM
Tools for survival and tools to thrive: Protective strategies - life skills for the care of the Empath - building our protective shield.
About Christine Elwart
Christine Elwart, a thriving empath, practiced holistic psychology for over 25 years and is now a Guide, Healer and Teacher certified by the Modern Mystery School International, as well as a life coach. She is devoted to bringing people to their inner peace, helping people find their inner divinity, and making the world a better place.
Chris and her husband, Joe, are founders of Academy for Empowered Living in Royal Oak, MI, through which they offer many classes, events, and healing sessions.
