Authentic Relating Games are like improv for the soul. The group will play short, experiential "games" that create connection on many different levels, as well as providing easy practice in empathy, vulnerability, and self-discovery.

WHAT HAPPENS AT GAME NIGHT: The group will play a series of guided games designed to stretch people to practice a more transparent, self- and other-aware way of relating and communicating. This can involve pair work, group sharing, asking questions, or movement games. The HAI group provides a container in which you have the opportunity to lean into your edge in ways you might not dare to do otherwise. By taking risks, you may discover new things about yourself in front of others, and you may come to appreciate people more deeply.

Please note the doors are open at 7:00 PM and the workshop starts at 7:30 PM. Doors close after introductions (no latecomers admitted).

 

*The golden rule is Honor Yourself: i.e. take care of yourself and don't do or say anything you don't want to do or say. The leaders invite you to check in with yourself regularly so that you are always at choice. They welcome you, when needed, to hold back and say "no".
