Spend Valentine's Day with us, planning your goals through the intuitive medium of IMAGES! Create a positive physical representation of what you want out of life for this year!
A vision board is a collage that uses the Law of Attraction to draw more of what you want into your life. Vision boards can focus on something specific like career, love life, healthy living, abundance, or travel. Or, you can make a board that encompasses your general life intentions, such as work-life balance, connection with family, time in nature, or the upcoming year.
First, we'll cut pictures and phrases out of magazines and calendars that represent your desires and goals. You can also print images from websites or include your own photos in the collage. You may find, as I have, that your subconscious (or Higher Self) will choose items to create a picture of goals you didn't realize are a priority for you! So this activity can also be self-revealing.
Next, glue the images and words onto the foamcore board provided. It's best to position the images on the board before gluing them down, so you can move them around to find the best juxtaposition.
Last step: Take your board home and place it somewhere you can see it on a regular basis. Then sit back and wait for the magic to happen! Seeing your goals repeatedly helps align your mind and attract what you want!
Foamcore boards are provided, along with image sources like magazines & calendars, as well as glue & scissors. You may also bring your own scissors and magazines/calendars/catalogs and other sources for images.
