About the Meditation Circle
Need some quiet time to connect with inner guidance? Curious about the power of meditating in a group? Want to assist in the planetary consciousness shift? Join our monthly Highest Guide Meditation Circle!
We will begin with brief introductions/check in, then proceed with a guided invocation calling in our highest spiritual guides, such as Highest Guides/Angels/Ancestors. We will then continue with 12 minutes of silent meditation (focused on the breath) and have time afterwards for sharing!
