About the Intro to Spiritual Herbalism
This introductory offering will give a wide overview of the potential and beautiful benefits there are in working within the plant community. We will discuss each of the below three leaves of exploration, giving practical and clear guidance on how to engage in each area.
~Three Leaves of Exploration~
* Herbal Energetics, Actions, and Correspondence
* Working with Plant Spirits and Allies
* Preparations, Procedures, and Practice
We will discuss:
*Basic plant energetics as they relate to the human experience, the environment of each plant, and also astrological and elemental correspondence.
*Forming relationships, mindfulness, and reciprocity in the environment and connecting with the guardian energies.
*Creating space as ritual, altars and offerings, oils, salves, tinctures, and teas.
This experience will lead to a three-part class series focusing on each leaf of exploration. In the series, we will dive deeper into understanding, practice, and connection. In addition, series participants will come together monthly to nourish our connections with a guided Plant Spirit Journey and Tea Ceremony.

Jiya Reid is the proprietress of Traveling Teahouse Apothecary, homeschooling mom, avid holistic gardener, creative builder, wild forager, Reiki master practitioner, and budding medium.
